Privacy Policy

To process your order, we require your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number and credit card information. This information is used solely to process your order and, if any questions should arise, to contact you regarding your order.

We share only that portion of this information which is absolutely necessary with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your order. For example, the financial institution that issued your credit card and the shipping carrier that delivers your order.

If there is a need to contact you regarding your order, we will first try to contact you by email. If that fails, we will try to contact you by phone.  If we are still unable to reach you, we will try to contact you by regular mail.

In addition to the information you provide, we automatically record your IP address (Internet Provider) when you place an order. This is necessary in order to help us detect fraudulent activity. We may share this with the
financial institution that issued the credit card with which an order was placed, or with law enforcement authorities, if we determine that the use of the credit card was fraudulent.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We will not contact you after your purchase unless you ask us to place you on our mailing list or you contact us for further purchases. We respect your privacy!

The day your order is shipped, we will email you a confirmation that your package was shipped. We normally send confirmations towards the end of the day.

 

Security
Ordering online with us is safe and secure as we use the most current encryption to gather your credit card or online check information. The likelihood of your information being stolen while shopping with us is extremely low. Shopping online with us is safer then handing your credit card to a waiter to pay for you evening meal. We do not store your information on our web servers, which means you will have to enter your information every time you shop with us. This provides you extra security while shopping with us.

Fraud

We take fraud very seriously here! We have protocols in place to detect fraudulent activity. We do record every shoppers IP address while they shop. If fraudulent activity is detected we will report all available information to the issuing bank of the card, the service provider of the IP, and the necessary authorities. We will prosecute anyone trying to defraud us. We protect our customers by watching for fraudulent activity with their cards.

 

 Return Policy

The items being sold on this site are used in a sexual nature, therefore returns are not permitted. All sales are final. This is for the protection of our customers, you know you can purchase a product from us and it has not been used by anyone else.

If a product is arrives damaged we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the package. At which point we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer for further assistance from them.


Cancellations

Orders placed with SexSwingStore.com may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. However any order cancelled after 12 hours from the time it was placed will be accessed a 20% cancellation fee.

Orders that have shipped already can not be cancelled. Orders that are refused or are returned do to a non deliverable address will be accessed 20% cancellation fee plus shipping costs.

 

Shipping Policy

  Estimated Delivery times


US deliveries will take anywhere from 2 - 12 business days to ship depending on your location from the shipping warehouse. During holiday seasons shipping times may be delayed do to high volume of packages being handled by the shipping companies. Please plan ahead and order early to insure delivery on time. If an item is back ordered there may be delays in this time frame, but we will always notify you of any delays as soon as possible.

Shipping prices are subject to change without notice, please be sure to check the current shipping rates before placing your order with us. Additional shipping charges may apply when ordering the swing stands, if this is the case we will email you the exact cost for shipping. All duties/customs are the customers responsiblity to pay as it is not part of the shipping cost.

Swing Stands are not shipped outside of the U.S. due to the weight of the stand and the expense in shipping the stands.

* Note - Due to American Express policies we will only ship to the billing address of the card even if you provide a ship to address

 

Backorder Policy

On rare occasions there may be times that the manufacturer doesn't have a particular item in stock that you have ordered. If this happens we will notify you as soon as possible to let you know about the backorder. We will send you an email to notify you what item is on backorder. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of the email we will leave the item on order for you. If you decide that you do not want to wait for an item just respond to the email and let us know that you do not want to wait. We will issue you a credit for the backordered item at that time or can change the order to a different item.

 

Tax Policy

Iowa residents will be charged tax for their purchases at 5% as required by law. Orders from anywhere else are tax FREE!
